Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") describes conduct that is not allowed on fetope.com. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP.

1. Protect the content

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise share the question banks, study handbooks, explanations, figures, or other content, except for your own personal study.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content, or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing where we permit it.
  • Use the content to build, train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model, or to create any product that competes with the Service.

2. Protect your account and access

  • Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials.
  • Do not share a single account among multiple people (enterprise arrangements aside).
  • Do not circumvent, disable, or interfere with paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or security features, or attempt to access content or accounts that are not yours.

3. Exam and academic integrity

  • Do not use the Service or the AI tutor to cheat on, or to gain an unfair advantage during, any live, proctored, or actual examination.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any exam provider's rules or any academic-integrity policy.

4. Keep the Service safe

  • Do not use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or penetration-test the Service, or upload malware or otherwise disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deliberately harmful content to the AI tutor, forms, or question reports, and do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Do not send spam or use contact forms for unsolicited marketing.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this AUP, without refund where the violation is material, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. See our Terms for more on termination.
